Prompt reporting will ensure effective medical treatment, timely benefit payment and managed care control. This online convenience is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Insurance claims contain confidential and sensitive information. For the protection of our clients and the security of information submitted to us, the online claims reporting application is only available to Majestic Insurance registered users.
