Majestic is a market for risks in a diversity of classifications with estimated annual premiums of $35,000 or after the application of an experience rate factor, schedule rate or other plans. Risks must be established with not less than three years in business, creditworthy and managed by individuals who are committed to working in partnership with us to control losses and reduce the net cost of their workers' compensation insurance.

We offer guaranteed cost and loss sensitive pricing in the form of retrospectively rated plans and a large risk deductible option available in California only. We require that loss sensitive programs be secured by a letter of credit or bond from a bank or other financial institution approved by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).

Alternative dispute resolution programs
Majestic Insurance participates as a carrier in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Workers' Compensation Program also known as ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), CBWC (Collectively Bargained Workers' Compensation Program, Carve-Outs or Negotiated Workers' Compensation.

Participation is open to employers who are signatory to collective bargaining agreements with their labor unions. Majestic's ADR program is available for union construction employers developing an annual premium of $250,000. This is known as a "Stand Alone" program.

Majestic Insurance participates in the following ADR programs for:

NECA/IBEW Workers' Compensation Trust - a statewide program for electrical contractors.
CalSMACNA/SMWIA Workers' Compensation Program- a statewide program excluding the Local 104 in the Bay Area. Program is for the Sheet Metal Workers International Association and the Chapters of California Association of Sheet Metal and Air-conditioning Contractors.
NCMCA (Northern California Mechanical Contractors Association and APMC (Associated Plumbing & Mechanical Contractors of Sacramento/Local Union 447 of the Plumbers and Pipe fitters)
Mechanical Contractors Council of Central California (MCCCC)/Local Union No. 62-Castroville, Local Union No.246-Fresno, Local Union No.442-Stockton and Local Union No.228-Marysville (Pipe Trades District Council 36)
Plumbers and Pipe fitters Trust (P.I.P.E.) Workers' Compensation ADR Program. For Southern California contractors involved with plumbing, pipefitting and heating systems.
