Products & Services Majestic is a market for risks in a diversity of classifications with estimated annual premiums of $35,000 or after the application of an experience rate factor, schedule rate or other plans. Risks must be established with not less than three years in business, creditworthy and managed by individuals who are committed to working in partnership with us to control losses and reduce the net cost of their workers' compensation insurance. We offer guaranteed cost and loss sensitive pricing in the form of retrospectively rated plans and a large risk deductible option available in California only. We require that loss sensitive programs be secured by a letter of credit or bond from a bank or other financial institution approved by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC). Alternative Dispute Resolution ProgramsMajestic Insurance participates as a carrier in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Workers’ Compensation Program also known as ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), CBWC (Collectively Bargained Workers’ Compensation Program, Carve-Outs or Negotiated Workers’ Compensation. Participation is open to employers who are signatory to collective bargaining agreements with their labor unions. Majestic’s ADR program is available for union construction employers developing an annual premium of $250,000. This is known as a “Stand Alone” program.
